reported adverse events
In the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut’s app-based study. 732,864 people documented at least one vaccination. One person could report several events.
Original SafeVac study ↗AFTER COVID VACCINATION OR INFECTION
People who trusted the state must not be left to face the consequences alone.
For people with persistent health problems after COVID vaccination or infection. For support that makes a difference in everyday life.
We demand help. Now. ↗
01 / THE SCALE
Count symptoms. Demand care.Millions of reported events. Millions of patients with medical codes. The data exists. We demand investigation of symptoms, care for those affected and recognition of valid claims.
In the Paul-Ehrlich-Institut’s app-based study. 732,864 people documented at least one vaccination. One person could report several events.
Original SafeVac study ↗For vaccination reactions and adverse effects in the KBV analysis for 2021. This also includes common, short-term vaccination reactions.
KBV response · Bundestag document 20/2506, question 75 ↗The scale is real. The units of counting differ. SafeVac counts individual events, the KBV counts patients with selected codes, and the PEI counts spontaneous suspected-case reports. None of these figures is the number of proven permanent vaccine injuries. The datasets may overlap and are not added together. PEI safety reports ↗
SafeVac recorded 1,436,039 vaccinations. At least one event was reported for 68%; 88% of events were solicited local or general vaccination reactions. Self-reports were recorded regardless of cause. The 3,617 adverse events of special interest (AESI) are a different category from serious events.
The KBV response of 16 June 2022 covers selected diagnostic codes for vaccination reactions and adverse effects. Its total does not distinguish short-term reactions, serious illness and lasting injury. On 1 July 2022 the Federal Government stated that a more detailed breakdown of codes and primary diagnoses was not available at that time.
The Corona-Revision addresses these unresolved questions: What was documented? Which data was analysed? How many people need longer-term support? Missing detail must not become a reason to keep people waiting.
Official response on the KBV analysis · question 75 ↗Post-Vac. Long COVID. ME/CFS.
Different questions.
One shared expectation: to be taken seriously.
The precise diagnosis and cause require careful investigation. People with persistent symptoms need medical help while that happens. Care must not wait for a completed liability assessment.
The Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) includes Post-Vac and ME/CFS in its information on the Long COVID Directive. The pathway provides for coordinated diagnosis, treatment planning and specialist outpatient clinics where needed. Which treatment is medically necessary and reimbursable must be assessed individually.
Read the G-BA provisions ↗03 / OUR DEMANDS
Nobody left behind.Fair procedures, understandable decisions and accessible compensation. Illness, the burden of proof and costs must not make valid claims practically impossible to pursue.
COVID Liability: claims & proceedings ↗Accessible specialist clinics, coordinated treatment and transparent decisions on funding. Care based on medical need, including where the cause remains unclear.
Find care providers with CORIH ↗Listen. Accompany. Ease the burden. People affected and their families need support in daily life, in public and when asserting their rights.
Offer practical support ↓04 / TURN CONCERN INTO ACTION
You decide how much you can manage. We demand answers and concrete decisions. Write the letter. Ask for a personal appointment. Follow up until it is clear who will do what, and by when. Five routes, taking you directly to the right tools.
Your contributions fund care. Ask for a personal appointment, an accessible treatment pathway and a written decision on the benefit you have applied for.
Rules must help in everyday life. Demand that care gaps are closed, specialist clinics become accessible and necessary benefits are governed by clear rules.
Who is the G-BA? Under its statutory mandate, Germany’s Federal Joint Committee (G-BA) issues directives determining which benefits statutory health insurers cover and how care is organised. Your health insurer decides on your individual benefit application.
Write a letter. Ask for a personal appointment at the constituency office. Put your own experience on the table, with three demands and one question: what exactly will you do, and by when?
Open MP Alert ↗Make local gaps in care visible. Tell your newspaper what is missing, who is responsible and what answer you expect. Use your own experience and verifiable facts.
Open Letters to the Editor Alert ↗Anyone with concrete indications of potentially criminal conduct by a doctor can report them. Organise the sequence of events, people involved and evidence so the allegation can be examined.
Open Justice Alert ↗Solidarity starts in daily life. Accompany someone to an appointment. Organise documents. Ease everyday burdens. Those affected decide what helps them. When energy is limited, a phone or video appointment or an authorised supporter may make the next step easier.
05 / MAKE SYMPTOMS UNDERSTANDABLE
A medical finding describes measurements.
Your daily life shows the limitations.
One timeline. Your life before and now. The findings you already have. Turn scattered paperwork into a clear overview for a medical appointment, assessment or consultation, using the case-file approach of Impfschaden-Alarm. One form, right here.
Photos or short videos can show limitations. Use only recordings that do not add strain; do not provoke symptoms. Medical assessment and establishing causation remain separate steps.

The SafeVac publication and its limitations belong in a verifiable chronology of data collection, analysis and public information.
Original study ↗In 2026 the Federal Court of Justice criticised excessive requirements for a disclosure claim against a vaccine manufacturer. Disclosure can make it possible to assess claims; it is not itself an award of damages.
BGH · VI ZR 335/24 · 9 March 2026 ↗Political responsibility for past decisions, including those of Jens Spahn and Karl Lauterbach, requires independent examination. Individual liability requires a separate legal assessment.
State compensation · section 24 SGB XIV ↗07 / THESE ARE COVID CONSEQUENCES TOO
People’s experiences matter.Have penalties, exclusion or emotional distress affected you? Your experience belongs in the reckoning too. You also deserve recognition, support and a concrete next step.
PENALTIES / REDRESS
A COVID fine or penalty can have lasting financial and personal effects. We demand accountability, rehabilitation and examination of repayment and redress.
Corona-Wiedergutmachung helps you revisit your case and examine the legal options.
Seek redress ↗A paid service from Freiheitskanzlei. The available steps depend on your individual case.
EXCLUSION / WITNESSES
Exclusion. Pressure at work. Broken relationships. Feeling powerless. These experiences must not disappear from the reckoning.
At Corona-Zeitzeugen you can share your story, listen to others and make experiences visible. You choose what you want to tell.
Visit Corona-Zeitzeugen ↗TAKE MENTAL HEALTH CONSEQUENCES SERIOUSLY
Emotional distress deserves equal attention and appropriate care.
Anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms and traumatic stress must be taken seriously. Experiences of penalties, exclusion, isolation and loss can overlap.
We demand accessible counselling and psychotherapeutic support. An initial psychotherapy consultation can help establish what support is needed. Telling and listening can offer solidarity; treatment needs its own route.
Find psychotherapeutic support ↗READ THE SOURCES. CHECK THE CLAIMS.
Our demands rest on verifiable foundations. These sources cover SafeVac, medical coding, care and access to justice, with the appropriate counting units and dates.
